The 2.2 acre site is located across from the Holiday Station Store and AmericInn in Tofte, MN. 

The highly desirable location has direct access to Lake Superior, Tofte Park, the Gitchi-Gami State Trail, Highway 61, bank, post office, grocery store, elementary school, and more.
